330ml Coconut Water
1/2 Avocado, diced
1/2 Ripe Banana, sliced
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp organic honey
A few mint leaves (optional)

Pour Coconut Water into a blender and add the diced avocado, sliced banana and lime juice.
Add the honey and coconut oil. 
Blend for 1 minute.

Add a few sprigs of fresh mint according to taste (optional).
Blend for a further 1 minute or until ingredients have a smooth consistency, pour into a tall glass and enjoy.

We made this smoothie yesterday and it was amazing! So easy and makes quite a big serve, you could definitely share the above recipe between two people. Delish!
